The deck combined thruster is a marine power propulsion unit that combines a fully rotating thruster with a diesel engine. It has the advantages of compact structure, high maneuverability, and easy installation. The entire unit can be directly installed on the deck base, covered with a container shell, and its vertical height can be adjusted by mechanical or hydraulic devices, so that the ship can adapt to large changes in draft depth and exert maximum thrust. Better meet the deep immersion requirements of fully loaded and unloaded propellers. The combination design with counter rotating propellers can further reduce the propeller diameter, save the cost of ballast water treatment system and the time for ballast water adjustment.
